Realme GT 8 Pro India Launch: Snapdragon 8 Elite & 7,000mAh Battery

Realme will soon unveil its next flagship the GT 8 Pro in India next week. The company has already applied for the phone's patent and even a Flipkart microsite has been launched which reveals significant features and design aspects of the device.The phone will be available for online purchase through both Flipkart and Realme's official site, with the launch set for noon Indian Standard Time on November 20.

The flagship DDR5+ RAM and the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset will power the GT 8 Pro along with its large 7,000mAh battery. The brand has installed a gigantic 7,000 mm2 liquid-cooled vapor chamber system to ensure long-lasting performance even during heavy use. This feature is further accented by the fact the device supports rapid charging at 120 Watts.

Rumors suggest that Realme will be using a 6.79-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate for the GT 8 Pro. The leak also mentions that the maximum brightness might reach 7,000 nits.

Great emphasis has been placed on photography. The phone is very likely to come with a triple rear camera configuration that would eventually make Ricoh GR imaging technology, one of the leading brands in the photography market, possess a 50MP OIS wide-angle lens, 50MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 200MP periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. The front camera will be a 32 MP shooter.

Interchangeable camera panel is one of the most eye-catching features of the Realme GT 8 Pro as it gives the users the freedom to change the back design. The color choices are Dairy White and Urban Blue.

There are speculations that the smartphone will be in the price range of Rs 65,000, however, the company has not yet released any official price statement.
